We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join our busy Therapy Administration Team for 2 days a week to help provide excellent administration support to our Therapy service department. The job includes a variety of administration work, including reception duties and clinical diary management.

We are a small Admin team that supports both the Outpatient and inpatient therapy teams within the hospital. Our inpatient service runs 7 days a week and our outpatient services operate Monday-Friday 7.30am-5.30pm

**Essential requirements**:

- previous administration experience in a busy office/reception environment
- computer skills including Microsoft office,
- good team working skills
- attention to detail
- good organisation skills.

**The duties will be varied and include**:

- managing Clinic diaries - requesting template changes
- ordering Stock and Non-Stock Items
- processing/printing referrals ready for triage
- processing referrals & booking new patient appointments for our staff self-referral service
- working on the reception desk,
- booking patients in and out of the department using the hospital system EOPS
