**The Team**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Platform Administrator to join our Front Office Inbound Telephony team. We have permanent and fixed term contracts available.

**The Role**

We continue to experience excellent growth and success with our award winning Platform. The continued expansion offers the opportunity for more people to be part of Aegon’s exciting Platform Administration operation.

Our customer strategy is to deliver (where possible) an online, automated service for our Clients, members and their representatives to provide a world class member journey that delights our customers whilst being supported by robust and compliant processesthat have low operating costs and encourage members to self-service.

**Key responsibilities**
- A strong background in customer service
- Previous experience of working in customer services, a helpdesk environment or financial services
- Strong responsibility and ownership to ensure our customer requests are met in full
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Awareness of the risks associated within the Financial Services Industry
- The ability to put yourself in the customers shoes, suggesting ways to improve our overall customer experience
- Good teamwork and recognising opportunities to build key relationships within the organisation
- A flexible approach
- Attention to detail
- Resilience in challenging situations

**Skills**
- Previous experience of working in a Pensions or Platform environment
- An understanding of Client Money Rules and SOX requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft and customer technology solutions
