Administration Assistant

Success Recruit are currently working with an established manufacturing and engineering business based around Central Essex who are seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team.
The successful Administration Assistant will be an integral member of the team, managing a range of the company’s administration.
**The successful Administration Assistant will be expected to**:
- Have a strong willingness to learn and be adaptable
- Be a strong team player, working alongside a supportive and friendly team
- Ideally have a degree or experience in Marketing, however, this is not necessary.
**The successful Administration Assistant will be rewarded with**:

Duties to include but not limited to:
- Ensuring the data base is kept up to date
- Occasional work on Sage, ensuring details are being sent out correctly
- Occasional work outside of the office, i.e. attending exhibition shows, accompanying engineers on installations and manufacturer training days.
- Take the time to thoroughly understand both companies to answer incoming inquires when required
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional manner
- Completing other varied administrative tasks, using Excel, Gold Vision, Teams Outlook etc (training can be provided on programmes)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
**Salary**: up to £22k dependant on experience
