DO YOU ENJOY DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS? THEN WE HAVE THE ROLE FOR YOU

We are currently working with a very well known brand in Milton Keynes who are seeking a Complaints Administrator that is close to fully remote hours.

This role is working on a rotational shift basis:

- Week 1 - Monday to Friday - 3pm - 11pm FULLY REMOTE

Week 2 - 9am - 5pm - Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week - 2 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

All equipment provided for remote working.

Full training will be provided in your first week, this will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Experience Required:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience of CRM systems
- Happy to make outbound calls when required

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
