Wild recruitment have a new opportunity working for a great fun company working as a Customer Complaints

As a Customer Complaints
Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customer and consumers to ensure information is accurate and not misleading.

**The role: - Managing the inbox

  • Liaising with customers and consumers
  • Raise queries to be investigated further
  • Ensuring timescales are met
  • Be able to delegate which queries need immediate action
  • Communicate to internal teams to ensure all information is gathered correctly and the correct process/actions have been followed.
**Experience: - Confident communicator

  • Good organisational and time management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service within a phone based role and administration skills.
  • Good questioning and listening skills
Experience managing customer complaints
