What you'll be doing
- Resolving customer complaints swiftly and effectively to prevent escalation.
- Crafting clear and thorough responses to address customer concerns.
- Recovering negative feedback and transforming it into positive outcomes.
- Spotting trends to drive continuous improvement in our services.
- Collaborating seamlessly with teams both within and outside our organisation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assessing and agreeing fair compensation awards when necessary.
To excel in this role you'll need...
- Previous experience in dealing with formal complaints, negative feedback, and service failures.
- Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Proficiency in IT and ability to process data accurately.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation skills and ability to identify areas for process improvement.
Experience in housing and familiarity with related housing management systems would be advantageous for you but these aren't essential – as long as you're adaptable we can teach you the rest
