This company is a leading retailer that operate in brick-and-mortar stores and through ecommerce. They have over 80,000 employess globally and are at the forefront of their market.

**THE ROLE**

As a Head of CRM, some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Working on top-line CRM strategy, with a focus of optimising the current customer base.
- Work across multiple clients to support full end-to-end CRM projects.
- Work with the Director of Performance Marketing and be the go-to person in terms of CRM.
- Develop a strategy for multi-channel campaigns as well as general CRM strategy and customer segmentations, targeting, etc.
- Although strategy-focused, there will be a requirement for you to be hands-on using Salesforce from time to time.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

A successful Head of CRM will have:

- Strong knowledge of any CRM system, they use Salesforce, this is heavily preferred.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a business.
- Background working to build out a CRM function or in a fast-paced CRM environment would be ideal.
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Working on multichannel is required.
