Head of CRM (Global remit) - MS Dynamics to Salesforce Migration - Permanent - Investment Banking - £High Compensation - Hybrid to suit (City of London HQ).
Our client is currently looking a Head of CRM to play a pivotal role in the evolution of CRM services across the Group. In this role, you'll be an expert in leading the shaping and delivery of the strategic CRM roadmap with a focus on continuous service improvement.As the Head of CRM, you will lead the function globally, driving forward the CRM transformation programme and associated initiatives across international locations.
You will have experience leading the migration (ideally MS Dynamics to Salesforce) and subsequent implementation of a group-wide CRM within a comparable sized (global) organisation. You will also have good experience liaising with third party vendors as wellboth front and back-office stakeholders. Given the scale of the transformation, experience with Change Management is also vital, as is experience with governance and reporting.
Any experience within the investment banking (certainly, the wider financial services) industry, would be highly beneficial.
In short, essential experience includes:
- Commercial experience in a Head of CRM, Programme Manager or Director capacity
- Significant (to date) experience in CRM migration and integration.
- Hands-on operational experience of CRM platforms (ideally MS Dynamics and / or Salesforce).
- Strong project management as well as a track record of delivering projects in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management & vendor management experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading the Group-wide CRM roadmap, defining what best-in-class looks like for global CRM.
- With practical knowledge of Salesforce (and / or MS Dynamics), building up a programme from scratch, with a real passion for test and learn frameworks.
- Leading the Group-wide migration from MS Dynamics to Salesforce
- Creating an environment that facilitates innovation, your vision will be clearly understood by your team and Group-wide stakeholders.
- Exploring future capabilities and gathering requirements to drive automation, platform and data roadmaps.
- Developing reporting and insights based on a clear understanding of business objectives per region.
