What will you be doing?
- Work closely with multiple teams across the business and coordinate these teams to ensure the efficient and timely deployment of all campaigns
- Create clear, concise and compelling campaign briefs that balance trading priorities with CRM best practice to drive strong engagement and commercial performance
- Identify targeting opportunities within the marketable database to ensure CRM activity is relevant to the target audience
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and Key Performance Indicators pulling data from multiple sources to drive continuous improvement in results
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and competitor communications, sharing ideas and opinions with the CRM team. Seek out test and learn opportunities and propose developments within our existing CRM programmes.

**What you'll have**
- Previous experience in a CRM role, a retail background is preferred but not essential
- Creative and data driven in equal measures, with strong attention to detail and accuracy a must have
- Excellent organisation skills and comfortable working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders at senior levels
- Solid understanding of wider marketing with the ability to balance customer, brand and commercial needs
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to test and learn
- A team player mentality and supportive of your peers during busy periods

Technical skills: Intermediate Excel, basic HTML, data management & customer targeting, design testing.

**What else could you bring?**
- Previous Retail, Financial Services and digital marketing experience
- Intermediate to advanced AMP scripting and/or HTML
- Executional level of Personalisation / recommendations tools
- Good understanding of how digital marketing channels influence CRM and vice versa
- Good understanding of driving omnichannel customer behaviour
