**THE COMPANY**

This innovative real estate brand is looking for a Head of CRM to join their ranks and build their CRM from the ground up. This start-up is growing and they are keen to make CRM a driving force within the business. They are looking for a leader willing toget their hands dirty with data and campaigns.

**THE ROLE**

As a Head of CRM, some of your main responsibilities will be:

- Working on top-line CRM strategy, with the focus of building a driving force within this business.
- Working on the strategy behind campaigns, trigger journeys and automations.
- Manage a team of 2 professionals with CRM and Data backgrounds and will help build on this.
- Attend weekly meetings with the C-suite to inform on CRM strategy.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The Head of CRM will have:

- Strong knowledge of any CRM system, they use Salesfirce and this is preferred.
- Experience with growing CRM teams.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within a business.
- Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Startup experience is welcomed.

**THE BENEFITS**
- A salary of £90,000-£100,000.
