You’ll work together with other NSFT teams & external agencies and carers in the initial stages of the assessment process, to ensure the service user is referred on to the best team to aid their recovery journey.
We’re a friendly, hardworking team who enjoy supporting others; you can expect to work with the full multi-disciplinary team as well as students from a variety of disciplines. Although this is a full-time role, we can be flexible and can offer some hybrid working and/or flexible working patterns if needed.
