**THE ROLE**:
As a restaurant receptionist, you will meet, and greet and seat guests. You will answer the telephone and check our booking system Seven Rooms delivering excellent customer service and handles all guest's complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.

**YOU ARE**:
An experienced host/ receptionist. A well-presented and natural people-person, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and the warmest welcome to all Lina Stores customers. You are positive, confident, and highly organised, with the ability to independently run the reception desk and booking system. You remain calm under pressure and are a natural multitasker and team player.
