About the Role:
- As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be an integral part of the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while delivering exceptional service to guests.
- Your role will involve leading and motivating a dedicated team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
- Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of the business, including staff training and development.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contributing to the financial performance of the restaurant by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Shift Patterns:
You will work a mixture of straight shifts, including:
- Breakfast: 7am to 4pm
- Dinner: 3pm to close (12/1am)
- Occasional mid-shifts: 10am to 8pm
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a management role within a high-end, restaurant environment.
- A strong passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A solid bar background with the ability to manage stocks effectively would be an advantage.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits:
