**Salary: Business Support Scale 5, from points 20-22 - £22,150 - £24,190 per annum**

**Contract**:NSG Business Support, Full-Time, Maternity Cover**

**Hours**:37 hrs per week**

**Annual Leave**:30 per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays pro rata Pension: NEST Pension Scheme**

**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Training and Engagement Officer.

The Training and Engagement Officer will be the first point of contact for referrals for JCP/referral partners and be responsible for liaising with the Programmes Co-ordinator to identify appropriate provision for YEI/AEB/DL/Community Learning and any other projects.
- Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- A high degree of IT literacy with a good understanding of social media.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to prioritise at all times and work under pressure.
