**ROLE OVERVIEW**
**Job Location**: Office Based (Head Office) NE11 9JW
Meldrum Group require an Office Coordinator to join their team supporting our busy team located in our offices in Middlesbrough.
You will act as a first point of contact for all administrative support to our internal organisations working within the Middlesbrough office.
Reporting to the Operations Control Manager the role will include reception cover and QEMS (Quality, Environmental, Management & Safety) compliance support to ensure a smooth running of the office.
Initial training for the Middlesbrough post will take place at Meldrum Head office in Dunston (approximately 2-3 weeks). Thereafter, there will be an expectation that travel will be required on an infrequent and pre-arranged basis for continuous training or other requirements.

**WHAT WE ASK FOR**
We are looking for a committed and positive individual with 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role, with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and Project Information Management Systems.
You should demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and will need to be able to manage your own time and meet targets and deadlines.
Excellent verbal communication skills are essential as you will need to develop strong relationships with all levels of the business from site teams to Operational Heads.
