JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Office Administrative Assistant who has excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.

Working as the Administrator / Office Administrative Assistant you will play a vital role in our team of Prosthetists and Technicians by providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth provision and delivery of on-site prosthetic clinical and technical services.

As the Administrator / Office Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations and delivering excellent customer service to our patients and healthcare professionals.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Administrator / Office Administrative Assistant include:
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and manage patient records and documentation

Assist with the coordination of prosthetic fittings, repairs, and follow-up appointments

Liaise with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal team members to ensure effective communication and coordination

Maintain inventory of prosthetic supplies and equipment, and assist with ordering as needed

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation

Support the team with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as required

Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organised, and safe office environment

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

A professional and confident communicator

Excellent telephone manner

Efficient organisation of time to handle multiple tasks

Able to prioritise your own workload

Able to work individually but also contribute to the team

Good attention to detail

Methodical approach

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous SAP experience would be advantageous.

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in English and Maths
