OFFICE ADMIN -
On a Roll Sandwich Company is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team. Working alongside the Customer Service and Production Admin teams will include dealing with customer inquiries and ensuring all customer orders are inputted correctly. This also includes routinely checking customers’ orders and setting up new customers on ordering systems.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am
**Key responsibilities of the job**:
- Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet strict deadlines.
- Proofread product orders
- Competent use of Microsoft Office products.
- Coordinating and working with companies as well as across in-house business teams when required.
- Ability to work on an individual basis and within a team.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure product information integration, consistency and quality.
- Excellent use of ICT hardware and software
- Ability to report activity in clear, concise terms.
- Answering the phone and dealing with any customer enquiries
**Key Skills**:
- Previous experience of working in sales or an administration position
- Prior experience of dealing with customers on the phone
- Confidence in using excel spreadsheets
- Experience of using CRMs/ online ordering systems is also an advantage
