Semi-independent Support Worker

Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification
- Ability to use their own initiative but be a great team player which compliments our extended family style dynamics.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, whilst being empathetic
- Have technical and working knowledge of safeguarding children and other relevant policies
- Be able to engage with young people and professionals alike in a calm and professional manner and highly proficient in the use of IT and MS Office
