About the Role

At ECL, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our reablement team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their daily lives, assisting them with personal care, mobility, and preparing meals. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you throughout your induction training and provide ongoing support until you feel confident in your abilities. After completing your training, you will have guaranteed contracted hours, allowing you to progress within the company and develop your skills further.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A full driving license and access to a car are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel around Barking and the surrounding area.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, double pay on bank holidays at £26.30 per hour, and a range of other benefits, including:
