Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Knowledge of assisted living, hospice care, dementia care, and senior care is beneficial
- Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and respect
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
