Care Home Director

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a large multicultural staff team to deliver high-quality care and support services
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety, equality, and diversity policies
* Develop and implement effective strategies to promote a culture of excellence within the team
* Collaborate with other professionals from different disciplines and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery
* Provide regular supervision to deputy managers and support staff to ensure their development and well-being
Requirements:
* Recognized qualification in social work or a related field (e.g., Dip SW, CSS, RGN, or NVQ4)
* Management qualification (e.g., RMA, DMS, CMS)
* Proven experience in managing a staff group and leading teams to achieve excellent outcomes
* Deep understanding of the care needs of adults with learning disabilities and experience in supporting families and carers under stress
* Expertise in budgetary management and ability to work effectively with other professionals from different disciplines and agencies
Working Hours: 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly during out-of-hours shifts as required. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
