Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at ECL. As a key member of our reablement service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to regain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals. You will also collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support services.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position, as you will be required to travel to customers' homes.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, plus double pay on bank holidays, paid mileage, and a range of benefits including annual leave, uniform, and professional development opportunities.
