The Factory Operative - Intake plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the intake department by receiving, processing, and coordinating incoming requests or inquiries from clients or external parties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter relevant information into the company's database or intake system accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments or personnel to ensure timely and appropriate response or action on incoming requests.
- Follow up with clients or external parties as needed to obtain additional information or clarification.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming requests, including relevant details and actions taken.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient intake processes and procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members within the intake department as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist and support others.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Education and Training**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Work Environment**:

- The work environment is typically factory-based, with regular use of computers and telecommunication devices.
- Occasional interaction with clients or external parties may be required.
