Position Summary: We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Support & Compliance Engineer to become an integral part of our team. The remuneration for this role commences at £30,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Support & Compliance Engineer, your duties will encompass:

  • Planning and facilitating product evaluations both internally and with external testing agencies as necessary.
  • Participating in design reviews to guarantee that all designs adhere to pertinent standards.
  • Reviewing and endorsing internal testing protocols and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable CE directives and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Creating and upholding technical construction files.
  • Conducting product design assessments in line with human factors and risk evaluation standards.
  • Collaborating with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) specialists and engineers to fulfill customer ILS requirements.
  • Ensuring product conformity with customer contractual obligations.
  • Developing and executing customer factory and site acceptance protocols.
  • Generating and maintaining product documentation, including operator manuals, maintenance guides, and illustrated parts catalogues.
  • Working closely with illustrators and engineers to refine and enhance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A comprehensive understanding of engineering principles coupled with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, legislation, and standards.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A profound understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics.
  • High proficiency in IT skills.
