**Job **Purpose**:
To provide administrative and clerical support for the Credit & Surety Division
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with incoming/outgoing post
- Provide cover for switchboard as required
- Input and retrieval of data on a bespoke database (underwriting systems)
- Filing documentation into ImageRight (paperless filing system)
- Producing reports and other documentation
- Assisting in Health of Safety compliance within the office
- Dealing with the general maintenance of the building
- Organisation of Meeting Rooms
- Making and receiving Telephone calls as required
- General Office Administration
- Other reasonable duties as instructed by the Surety Administration Manager
**Skills and Experience Specification**:
- Good keyboard skills, high level of accuracy essential
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and courteous telephone manner
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
