We are seeking an Accounts and Administration Clerk to provide essential support to an accounting department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient financial processes within the organisation.
Day-to-day of the role: Managing credit control and ensuring timely collection of paymentsHandling petty cash and reconciling transactionsAssisting with finance administration tasksSupporting the accounting team with various duties to maintain accurate financial recordsCollaborating with other departments to ensure financial operations align with company objectivesContributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in credit control and finance administrationKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Competitive salaryOpportunity to work with a trusted distributor in the automotive and leisure industryBe part of a dynamic and supportive teamProfessional development and career growth opportunities
