Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Clerk to join our team at PSR Solutions. This role is essential in supporting the Finance Department with various tasks related to financial management and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Operations Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and reconciling all incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining effective communication with suppliers to foster positive working relationships.
  • Tracking and following up on credit notes as necessary.
  • Providing management with detailed information regarding accruals.
  • Assisting the Finance Department during scheduled audits.
  • Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc requests and various projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the construction sector, particularly in a financial or cost-related role.
  • A background in purchase ledger processes and familiarity with cost clerk responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with proficiency in computer applications.
  • The capability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
