Property Administration Assistant

**Primary Purpose**:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work within our Property Support Services team dealing with Mortgage Valuation surveys with opportunities for progression. We deal with mainstream lenders, large insurers and other property businesses.
**The role**:
- To assist with the delivery of services and products to meet client targets and expectations in regard to established standards and KPIs / SLAs.
- Be accountable for quality assurance of products and services enabling high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat work, and minimising complaints.
- To update and manage database records.
- To answer inbound & make outbound telephone calls.
- Proofing and quality checking reports before final issue to clients.
- Scheduling, calling, and booking mortgage valuation surveys.
**Previous experience**:
- Required - Previous relevant office experience (administration).
- Desirable - Previous experience using web-based databases.
- Desirable - Previous experience working in insurance or property management/sales sector.
**Skills & Aptitudes**:
- Competent and confident on the telephone.
- Be competent at taking instruction and delivering to an agreed programme.
- Excellent personal effectiveness, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to use MS Exchange and MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
**Behavioural skills**:
- Ability to be held accountable and to take responsibility for their role in the business.
- Attention to detail, whilst maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills specifically relating to client liaison and engagement with co-workers.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, and who can motivate others.

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£20,500.00 per year
