HRGO Dover are recruiting for a temp to perm Administrator to join a local client based on the outskirts of Dover.

Key responsibilities would be:
- Processing supplier invoices and raising sales invoices- Dealing with proof of deliveries, if required- Filing- Recording information within the Operations Books and Transport & Customs Clearance data systems.

General Responsibilities
- Promote company values and code of conduct in all that you do and to others you come into contact with- Adhere to company rules, policies and procedures constantly and encourage others to do the same- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation impacting on your role where required- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure that confidentiality is applied where appropriate

To be successful for this role, you must have previous admin experience with strong analytical and organisational skills. Must be IT literate in Microsoft Office packages and able to use own initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour lunch
