**Part-Time Administrator**

2 Days a week - 9am to 2:30pm.

This would need to be flexible and there may be additional days during busy times.

Would need own transport.

Supporting the Events Team with day-to-day administrative duties.

**Key Duties (These are some of the duties you may be doing)**:

- Raising invoices and seeking prompt payments
- Entering data onto various software packages
- Setting up clients wedding accounts onto our online portal
- Assist in maintaining records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with other team members to provide assistance when required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experiences as an Administrator or similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills with a charismatic style and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet the requirements of the business
- Must have your own transport due to the proximity of the venue

**Job Type: Part-Time - Should be flexible to work more hours as required.**

Schedule:

- Day shifts - Possibly
- Working days between Monday and Friday - Flexible
- Weekend availability

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
