**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Ensure excellent customer service by training staff on proper service techniques and addressing any customer concerns or complaints
- Oversee the dining room to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house operations
- Assign duties, and monitor staff performance
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Assist with food preparation or serving as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food production, hospitality, bartending, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.69-£12.83 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
