Job Summary**:We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front-of-House Staff at our restaurant. As a member of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the EPOS system.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Serve food and beverages to guests and help as needed.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene and personal hygiene.
- Handle guest complaints or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on menu items, and restaurant promotions.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
