Restaurant Supervisor

Job overview..

To ensure smooth and effective daily running of the store.

To ensure customers receive nothing but the best in customer service.

To oversee the quality of all drinks including a high standard of hand poured coffees.

To ensure all regulatory standards are maintained.

To ensure all stock is kept up to date and rotated.

To carry out stock checks when require. we carry at least 1 every quarter.

To provide all onsite training for front of house staff.

Liaise with chef teams to provide daily specials And promotions.

Here at Sugarcane we look for strong friendly personalities who thrive under pressure. It will be your job to ensure the smooth running of the cafe and ensure all staff are motivated to looking after our customers.

You will have a track record in Hospitality and should be able to make great coffees too.

The job obviously is weekend focused so you will be expected to work the majority of weekends and all shifts are day shifts with the store closing at 5pm daily.

We are located in COMBER. You will be expected to get to work via your own transportation or public transport.

In addition to a good competitive salary you will receive an equal share of gratuities through payroll. 28 annual days off including Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Free lunches and unlimited tea/coffee.

A quarterly bonus will be discussed at interview as well which makes this a very competitive salary for a day only operation.

- Supervising experience: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
