**About the role**

As our Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you’ll provide a full frontline housing service, including a comprehensive and tenancy management service, for a defined neighbourhood, working with customers and stakeholders to develop thriving, resilient communities.

Acting as an ambassador for Rooftop, you’ll engage with customers to design services that work for them, to improve the environment and their quality of life. You’ll deliver an excellent, consistent, and pro-active service to the neighbourhood, covering income recovery, tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, empty property management, letting new homes and customer viewings. You’ll undertake property MOT visits and work with colleagues and other agencies to ensure our vulnerable customers receive the support they need to sustain their tenancies.
