**Job Profile for New Homes Sales Executive - SW253060**

Our client, a well-established, regional Housebuilder, based in Hertfordshire, are seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join them due to continued growth working on an initial site in Buntingford with further sites across the region. The Sales Executivewill be responsible for the sale of mid to high-end properties with prices on the initial site ranging from £400k to £600k in value. This role reports into the Sales Manager and offers an attractive package and commission scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales executive to join a well-established regional House Builder that focus on good customer service and a high standard of built quality for their customers.

- Salary: £25k - £35k plus £50k - £60k OTE

- Salary: £25k - £35k plus £50k - £60k OTE
- Holiday: 22 days plus BH plus Xmas shutdown
- Mileage Allowance
