The role will manage the Faculty of Business and Law's strategic project portfolio, with a particular emphasis on the effective development and maintenance of the Faculty's accreditations portfolio, reporting to the Director of Faculty Planning and Operations, and working closely with the Faculty senior management team, in particular the Faculty Head of Accreditations. This will include line management responsibility for the two Accreditations Officers and leading on the delivery of a high quality, responsive and professional service to both academic colleagues and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with strong project management and organisational skills, that can effective manage multiple projects, and who has the ability to work autonomously, with authority, to foster and maintain excellent working relationships with staff at all levels across, and where appropriate outside of, the University.
- Highly organised, efficient and thorough, and able to take projects through from conception to completion.
- Ability to build relationships with staff and external stakeholders at all levels including senior staff to ensure collaborative approach to achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to convey complex information (including numerical data) in a clear, accurate, easily understood and consistent manner.
- A proven record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Experience of leading a team to deliver high levels of service, creating a positive team ethos and developing the skills and knowledge of others by providing effective feedback.

**A little more about the team**:
You'll be welcomed into the dynamic and ambitious Faculty Planning and Operations Team, part of the wider University Strategic Planning Directorate, supporting the Faculty of Business and Law.

The University Strategic Planning Directorate is responsible for the delivery of institutional strategy through oversight of the planning process, monitoring and analysing institutional performance, assessing risk and supporting strategy developments. The team provides essential guidance and support for the implementation strategic priorities.

The Faculty of Business and Law's vision is _transforming lives, businesses and communities_ though excellent teaching, world-class research and impactful regional, national and international collaborations and partnerships with businesses, public and third-sector institutions and stakeholders. In December 2019, we became the first modern university to secure ‘Triple Accreditations' status via our AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS accreditations. This places us in a global elite of business schools, with only around 100 institutions attaining this status worldwide.
