We have two Accreditation Officer vacancies with the Faculty Planning and Operations team. These roles will provide essential administrative support for the Faculty of Business & Law's accreditation portfolio and wider Faculty strategic projects, working closely with the Faculty Strategic Projects Coordinator and academic Head of Accreditations to maintain our prestigious Triple Accreditations, as well as a range of other Faculty projects.

We are looking for highly organised individuals, who can multitask, manage a busy workload and successfully negotiate and influence people at all levels. You will have a pro-active approach to seeking out information, good attention to detail and the ability to liaise with a variety of contacts, building relationships to support the work of the Faculty within and outside the University. Previous experience of working at a university is desirable but not essential.

**A little more about the role**:
You will be responsible for supporting the Faculty's accreditations portfolio, providing high-level administrative support to the Faculty Strategic Projects Coordinator and Faculty Head of Accreditations to ensure the successful delivery of the Faculty's accreditation strategy, as well as supporting wider Faculty projects.

Typically, you will collect key data and information for accreditation returns/reviews or other Faculty strategic projects, liaising with colleagues across the Faculty and wider University, help to organise project-related events and visit preparation activities (e.g. reflective workshops and interviews), service meetings (e.g. Accreditation Committee) and contribute to the continuous improvement of the accreditations and wider Faculty strategic projects portfolio management approach using systems such as Microsoft Planner.
- Strong organisational skills with experience balancing competing demands and managing expectations in a professional manner;
- A pro-active approach to seeking out information with good attention to detail;
- The ability to build effective relationships and work with variety of stakeholders at all levels of an organisation;
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools to a high standard.

You'll be welcomed into the dynamic and ambitious Faculty Planning and Operations Team, part of the wider University Strategic Planning Directorate, supporting the Faculty of Business & Law.

The University Strategic Planning Directorate is responsible for the delivery of institutional strategy through oversight of the planning process, monitoring and analysing institutional performance, assessing risk and supporting strategy developments. The team provides essential guidance and support for the implementation strategic priorities.
