Placement & Project Coordinator

Spanning the complete student lifecycle, we take students on their journey from enquiry through to enrolment and on-course support, plus graduation and beyond. As part of our team you'll be able to have a lasting and positive impact on the lives and futures of our students.
**About the role**:
The Careers and Employability Service (CES) is looking to recruit a flexible and creative individual to work within the Placements Team, supporting all Faculties as required.
You will work in partnership with Faculty and CES colleagues to increase the levels of student engagement and participation in the full range of Placements & Work-Based Learning (P&WBL) schemes and activities for non-professional programmes.
This will involve a range of activities including: the delivery of high-quality advice and guidance to students; development of innovative work-based learning preparation programmes; and the delivery and impact evaluation of a planned schedule of events and other activities.
You will also contribute to the development and building of new and existing employer relations to increase placement and project opportunities.
**Please note**:the job title will shortly be changing to **Placement Engagement Coordinator**, with the postholder line managed by the Placement Engagement Manager. All other details of the role & job description remain unchanged.
