The role would suit a Project Coordinator used to working with multiple stakeholders and closely supporting a diverse range of teams across multiple functions and locations. You will support the business in achieving the strategic objectives by assisting their decision making through Project Management Reporting, Delivery Monitoring (Project Status Reports) and by acting as a champion for the Centre of Excellence (SCPO Project Management Process).

This is a full-time permanent role, combining office and home working. You’ll be expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

**Key duties**:

- Support the maintenance of a central document repository/master Project Directory and highlight any missing or inconsistent data/information
- Provide accurate and timely information and reports to SCPO team and wider stakeholders
- Support stakeholders in defining their projects inline with SCPO project management methodology, signposting where to obtain the relevant information and explaining the process
- Request project status reports on time, budget and quality standards and highlight any projects that are not performing as expected
- Support risk management on projects ensuring risk logs are used and risk mitigation is appropriate
- Support post implementation reviews and identify any lessons learned. Create a central log so that themes can be identified with suggestions for improvement
- Review project plans making sure they are created and maintained, deliverables are clearly defined, and governance gateways are identified
- Create and maintain ERP project management records (financial) in line with the Roles and Responsibilities matrix and champion regular review
- Understand the SCPO Project Management processes and actively contribute to continual improvement activities
- Responsible for organising, structuring Project Boards and Steering Boards, and collating the agreed inputs and outputs as defined in the Terms of Reference (ToRs).

**Your skills and experience**:

- Intermediate Microsoft O365 skills, in particular MS Excel essential.
- PMO/project Analyst or Coordinator experience
- Experience of project co-ordination/administration
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Project Management qualification preferable.
