What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely completion.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Utilise Microsoft tools, such as Project and Planner, to organise tasks and track progress.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Support project managers and operations teams in mitigating risks and resolving issues.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

What you’ll need:
Previous experience in project coordination or management.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a focus on Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing priorities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Enthusiasm for learning and leveraging new project management methodologies and tools such as Jira.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
