**Responsible for**: Mentoring, delivering coaching sessions

**Key Relationships of the role**:

**Purpose**:
The aim of the Premier League Kicks Programme, and in particular the ‘targeted’ strand, is to divert young people away from serious youth violence, knife crime, gang membership, child crime, and sexual exploitation by forming trusted relationships with those identified as being at risk.

**Main areas of responsibility**:

- Work within the Kicks Department to deliver on Kicks practical, targeted and mentoring sessions to support the development of young people in areas of high need.

**Principal Actions and Accountability**:

- Adhere to all requirements for undertaking risk assessments and health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring that any accidents or incidents are reported.
- To ensure the best possible experience and support is provided to key stakeholders at all stages of engagement.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance mechanisms to ensure the highest standards are maintained across key compliance areas.
- To meet all deadlines agreed with line manager and key partners, specifically those that relate to reporting of key performance indicators and other targets where applicable.
- To champion the highest standards for health and safety and safeguarding.
To undertake any relevant training as required by line-manager or in line with expectations of the role.
- To attend and participate in meetings with Foundation staff, funding providers and other meetings as appropriate.
- To exhibit and promote company values & behaviours.
- Promote and celebrate equality, diversity & inclusion.
- To carry any additional work and duties that meet the needs of the business.
