Delivery Coordinator

RedRock Consulting is seeking an experienced Delivery Coordinator to join their team in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering projects and driving business growth.
Salary: £45,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have experience working within central government clients and possess strong knowledge of Agile practices. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Apply Agile methodologies and SAFe practices to improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Experience of working within central government clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Leadership qualities, including mentoring and developing team members.
