Job Description

As a Delivery Logistics Coordinator with TRC Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of goods to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to safely operate a 7.5-tonne delivery vehicle to make scheduled deliveries and collections.

You will plan delivery routes efficiently, considering traffic, road conditions, and time constraints. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Providing excellent customer service while interacting with customers during deliveries and collections is also a key aspect of this role. You will handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure accurate delivery.

Additionally, you will complete necessary paperwork and digital documentation for each delivery and collection accurately and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with the transport team
  • Excellent knowledge of local routes and areas
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, such as manual handling of heavy parcels
