Key Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Orders:

- Generate accurate and timely purchase orders based on inventory needs and sales forecasts.
- Ensure all purchase orders are properly documented and filed.
- Liaise with Suppliers for Best Price:

- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible prices and terms.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing cooperation and quality service.
- Chase Purchase Orders:

- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues or delays with suppliers promptly.
- Create Sales Orders:

- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Confirm orders with customers and provide order status updates as needed.
- Request Purchase Orders from Customers:

- Communicate with customers to obtain necessary purchase orders.
- Verify and process customer purchase orders to align with company standards.
- Assist with New Customer Installations:

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to facilitate the installation process for new customers.
- Ensure all necessary inventory and resources are available for installations.
- Liaise with the Warehouse to Ensure Purchase Orders are Receipted:

- Work closely with the warehouse team to confirm receipt of purchase orders.
- Address any discrepancies between purchase orders and received inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and sales coordination.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Office and warehouse environment.
- Some travel may be required for supplier meetings and customer installations.

Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
