Sales office administrator.

**First point of contact for customers who may need assistance with orders, requests or complaints and to play a key role in supporting the sales executive, providing an important link between the sales person and the customer.**
- Monitor ongoing orders and customer accounts
- Raise quotations, organise samples and chase sales quotes
- Coordinate communication of all customer-related issues to operations manager to ensure seamless flow of information
- Generate client leads and arrange appointments for the sales executive
- Update sales executive on order status and delivery details so that they can keep customers informed
- Update invoice sets on the Sage system by the end of every day
- Effectively use Excel and Word at standard level
- Assist in all aspects of health and safety
- Stock monitoring and goods in checks
- A great varied and Interesting job
