Position: People and Culture Administrator
Responsible to: Head of People and Culture
Contract type: Full Time - 40 Hours

**This Role**:
To ensure that your department delivers a high-quality service to the customers and team, maximizing on all departmental, company and team development, tracking administration and procedures. You will ensure delivery of great customer service at the best possible cost within brand guidelines whilst satisfying legal requirements.
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- **People & General**_
- To attend a service briefing at the beginning of each shift (10 am meetings) and a handover at the end of each shift
- Build productive working relationships with guests and colleagues through maintaining a high profile within the workplace
- Ensure clear and accurate communication between departments to allow all requests to be met on time and to the expected standard.
- Assist in maintaining the effectiveness of the department, ensuring daily tasks and projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Actively support all core company programs and initiatives, ensuring that the Customer and team experiences are truly engaging throughout each and every interaction.
- Maintain people standards such as uniforms, behavior, compliance and development in line with company policies.
- Wear the appropriate clothing for the role and maintain a high standard of personal grooming
- Attend legislative training as required
- Maintain employee records
- Process starters and Leavers
- Upload Training documents and maintain training files and checks
- Control broadcasts going out to the team
- Assist in drafting policies and H related forms
- Assist in completing regular HR Audits
- Organise / assist (and where needed) train inductions
- Complete all aspects of onboarding
- Be the company witness for the head of People and Culture
- Assist in the recruitment process

To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer, giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention
- To attend to customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way and seeing the outcomes to the end
- To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered, to ensure customer retention is maintained
- Handle queries and complaints and take the appropriate action to ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved. Communicate any problems to senior management, and liaise with them with complaints beyond your control

To support the achievement of weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and targets within the department
- To ensure care and attention is taken when handling company property to protect company assets
**Statutory Responsibilities**
- To ensure all team members within the department observe all Fire, Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations attending any training sessions necessary to keep them updated on new legislation ensuring compliance with all current legal requirements. To be aware of your responsibilities in accordance with the company H&S procedures.

**You Have**:
1 + years experience in a similar role
- Enjoy working and dealing with all types of business, people and challenges and being part of a team.
- Confident, pleasant and an excellent articulate communicator; able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations.
- Must be efficient, organised and self-motivated with a team player mentality
- Knowledge and experience of Access people a definate advantage
