**About Role**
- Working with Enterprise level Travel & Transport customers and developing positive relationships with key customers.
- Secure new Slack customers and increase spend within current customers of other Salesforce products and to net new customers to the business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop key customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs
- Assist with account planning, coordinating with other sales resources (Salesforce Core AE’s, Prime AE’s, Cloud AE’s, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment
- Share value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within new and existing, assigned Enterprise accounts

**Preferred Experience**
- You’ve sold SaaS software that can be used across multiple departments
- Experience working with Large Enterprise/Strategic Account
- You’ve built engagement across multiple lines of business and broadened product support within an organisation
- Ability to navigate large, sophisticated deal cycles
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams
