**Funding Administrator**Pertemps Work Based Learning are working in partnership with a fantastic independent training provider based in the North East.
They are currently looking for a Funding Administrator to join the team. As a Funding Administrator, you will work to support the Funding team, enabling learner details to be processed in the system. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills,and experience using Excel.
- £19,000 - £20,000
- Based in Sunderland
- 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + Christmas Off

**Typical Duties of the Funding Administrator**:

- Work alongside the funding team to ensure all student records and internal systems are input and maintained accurately.
- Ensure all learners have been verified in line with funding rules and regulations.
- Assist with audits to ensure compliance within internal and external systems.
- Attend regular team meetings and implement action plans to ensure team deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance to other staff on compliance and offer support to ensure efficiency across the department.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience for the Funding Administrator**:

- Previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship funding is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Strong experience using Excel is essential for the role.
- L2 in Business Administration, and Level 2 or above in Maths and English.
- Ability to obtain DBS clearance.
