The primary purpose of this role is to deliver teaching and learning of an employer
focused curriculum within the faculty. The role will embed employer engagement
through collaboration between industry professionals, academics, and students to
enhance the student experience and develop employability.

This role will include the development of modules within the UG and PG business
research, student support and related administration for a range of business
programmes. The post-holder will support the Programme Leaders in the delivery of
key performance indicators around recruitment, retention, progression,
achievement, and employability.

The role will contribute to the research and knowledge exchange activities within
the faculty through the production of scholarly publications and industry
engagement.

Responsible for:

- Delivering teaching and learning within business programmes at undergraduate

and postgraduate levels.
- Development of modules within the business suite, including the design of

innovative activities that support student learning.
- Developing the student curriculum to enhance employability skills and attributes

desirable for a diverse range of employers.
- Providing advice and pastoral support to students as a Personal Academic Tutor
- Contributing to research and knowledge exchange activities within the School of

Business and Management.
