Due to expansion of our business, we are now looking for a Sales and Office Administrator to join our team.

Contributing to our high-quality customer service and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

The role will serve as the first point of contact for our customers enquiries about products, orders and delivery.

This role will include
- Dealing with customers effectively - delivering and upholding our high-quality customer service.
- Be able to handle and resolve customer concerns fast and effectively.
- Gaining knowledge of all of our products, to be able to deal with customers enquiries.
- Dealing directly with customers and suppliers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Arranging customer deliveries.
- Processing sales orders and purchase orders.
- Follow up on customer and supplier interactions.
- General office duties (including cleaning, filing ect..)
- Keeping social media up to date with high quality information, for example posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Creating spreadsheets using Excel.
- Creating Purchase orders, speaking to suppliers to order materials for specific dates.
- Booking out spare parts, including getting the spare parts from the workshop if needed.
- Taking and processing card payments.
- Creating and maintaining documents within our ISO9001 quality management system.

Working as part of a small team or even on your own at times having confidence and personality with communication skills both verbally and written.

To be a team player and work closely with colleagues.

Acting on your own initiative without constant supervision.

Excellent forward planning and organisational skills.

Calm under pressure and able to remain professional at all times.

Excellent ICT skills are a must as this job is computer based, knowledge of excel and word is essential. Experience on Xero software would be preferred, but not essential.

Driving licence is preferred.

Working hours would be 9- 5pm (0.5-hour dinner break unpaid) 4pm on Fridays.

28 holiday days including bank hols. (30 days’ notice)

You would be joining a friendly family run business.

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
